First off this bacon is not like or normal bacon. Of course it not since it is plant base. The first that that different about this bacon then you normal bacon. Is you have to cook it in the oven at bake at 325 degrees on parchment paper for 10-15 minutes. When I was cooking mine it had a horrible smell to it. So right way after smelling it. I wasn’t sure if I was going to like the Hooray Foods’ 100% plant-based bacon.
After Hooray Foods’ 100% plant-based bacon was done cooking. I took it out of the oven and by looking at it. It looked just like your normal bacon. So I plated it up and gave it a try. Which I didn’t like it at all. The taste was horrible plus the bacon had a rubber texture to it. Maybe it just because I haven’t try plant base meat before. After trying this plant base bacon. I’m going to just stick to my normal turkey bacon.
The other thing I wasn’t crazy for was the nutrition in this bacon. First off no portion in it what so ever. The plus is it has no sugar in it. The calories count on the bacon is 40. Which is good. Unlike turkey bacon that has 45. Over all I will be sticking with my normal turkey bacon. If you have try this Hooray Foods’ 100% plant-based bacon. Let me know how you like it.

Oh yeah these faux bacons just don't work, I don't know why they bother. Faux sausage is much better, also faux ground beef and faux meatballs are not too bad. Love your honest review here.
