Hello Everyone. I only did a little bit of shopping on black Friday and it was at Old Navy.com.  The item I pick up were item on my clothing wishlist and a need item.  I have been want a sweater dress for years now. I even look for some when I was in the states last month but had no luck find anything I liked. So when I find out about Old Navy black Friday sale. I knew I had to look there. Which I'm glad I did because I find two sweater dress I like.  One thing I like about Old Navy online is that you can order tall item. So I order everything in a medium tall. 

My package arrived on December 10. The moment I got it. I try every thing on and it fit awesome. The pants are super long but I like that. I'm weird when it come to pj's pant. They can't be flood pant. If they are I won't sleep in them. Which is what has happen with most of my pj's pant. So that why I order these one.

Today Christmas item is my gingerbread men sock that I wore on Friday.  HAVE A GREAT SUNDAY

Hello Everyone. This month I went a little crazy with my spending. Which this is the most I have ever spent since having a blog in 4 years. Going back to the states didn't help at all with my spend. Go to Florida I was able to shop in store I haven't shopped in a long time. Which was nice and dangerous. I'm happy to say I was able to knock a lot of things off my wishlist that I have been wanting for a long time. Like boyfriend jeans, Fox sweater, fur vest and a long cardigan vest.  I still have a few things on my wishlist but they are going to have to wait for now.
Over all I went 133 days before I broke my shoe ban and 77 days with out new clothes.

Hello Everyone. I'm doing my spending recap a day early. Mainly due to I know I will not be buying anything else for this month. Today and tomorrow will be spent finish putting my Halloween costume together. Plus making food for the Halloween party I'm going to on Saturday. I was doing so good this month. Until yesterday when my husband decide to make a trip out to the big PX. Which we don't go to that one a lot. We go to it maybe every 3 to 6 months.  Since its an hour drive from us. Since we were there and they carry bareMinerals products. I decide to stock up and get some thing I been want to try out. The only way for me to get bareMinerals products here in Germany is if I go to the big Px thats an hour away or if I order it off of Sephora. I do hope one day this brand get bigger over here. That way I can get my hands on it.
I wasn't sure if I should have add my Ipsy Bag in my monthly recap. Due to I haven't gotten it in the mail yet. Once I get it I will do a post on what I got.  I can tell you guys already that my 100 dollar budget will be blown next month as well. Hello Everyone. Today I'm here to show you all what I ordered from Old Navy. Which I have already worn most of these items. Due to I couldn't wait. I place these order at two different time. Which both time Old Navy was having a 30% off sale. Which was a score for me. Also what was awesome some of the items were on sale and I got the 30% off on top of the sale.  Another score in my book.
I also happen to get one item that has been on my wishlist for awhile. Which was the boyfriend cardigan. Which it is super comfortable. I did order mine in the tall women area of the website. That way it could be a little longer to wear with legging. 
If you plan on order these same items. I would go with you normal size on them. 
The graphic t-shirt I order in a size large. Which I could have total done a medium in them.
For the skirt I order a medium in it. Which I'm super happy about. A lot of the review on the site said to order a size down. Which I almost did but at the last minute I change it to a medium. Which it fit prefect on me. 
The grey vest is from the girl area Which I order a XXL in and it fit me like a glove with some extra room. 
The cardigan, white and black long sleeve. I order the meduim tall in. That way I can wear them with leggings. This fall and winter.
All of these items were purchase with Old Navy gift card I got for my birthday. Along with some birthday money from my Oma. Thank again to everyone who sent me gift for my birthday.

Hello Everyone.  This month I didn't do to bad with shopping. The items I pick up were things I need. The things I didn't need were thing that I have been want to try out or plain out wanting.  Like the #Celfie tank. I been wanting a #celfie item ever since they came out. So I was super excite to find the #celfie tank on sale at the Berlin H&M.  Also the H&M was have a buy 2 get 1 Free basic sale. So I pick up 3 tube tops for layers items. Plus the ones I had were a little small on me. 

As for the makeup I didn't need any of it. I more so brought the eyeshadow due to the eyeshadow prime. Since I have been want to try an eye primer out. This month I started to tight line my water lines. So I decide to try a new eye liner out. Which this wet n wild eyeliner suck. I do use the creme eyeshadow out of it. So its not a total loss in money. Also this month I decide I want to try out the whiting stripe again. So since I had a 10 coupon. I though it was a prefect time to buy them. 

The next 2 up coming month I'm putting myself back on a clothes shopping ban. Due to I have an upcoming trip in November. So I want to save my clothes money to spend then.

Guest Post: $20 Thrift Store Challenge by Not Fancy, Just Life.

Hello! I'm Maria and I blog over at Not Fancy, Just Life. While my blog started off as a general lifestyle blog, it has slowly morphed into a budget-conscious fashion blog. I'm all about looking cute without spending a lot of money! 

I've been reading Amy's blog for a few years now (even before I started blogging myself) and I'm very excited she asked me to guest post for her while she's out of town! I knew I wanted to do a fun post, and decided to give myself a bit of a challenge too. I really like thrifting, but I'm still kind of new at it and I'm definitely not as good as other's out in the blogging world. I don't know if I just don't have the eye for things, the patience, the time, etc. But I decided to challenge myself to only spend $20 and come up with a whole outfit!

My hubby thought I was crazy (and I'll admit, I thought so myself!), but I was definitely up for the challenge!

I think I decided to do this at the right time, because so many thrift stores have been having their end of the summer sales. With prices out there up to 75% off, I think that definitely helped me stay within my budget! Here is my haul:

1. Merona top (Clothes Mentor): $0.01

2. Kenzie sandals (Turn Style): $3.25

3. H&M top (Clothes Mentor): $3.50

4. Liz Claiborne skirt (Turn Style): $2.13

5. Loft shorts (Turn Style): $2.75

6. Loft shorts (Turn Style): $2.75

7. Necklace (Turn Style): $2.38

Total = $16.77! (And I still have $3.23 left for coffee or a treat!)

Can you believe I got 7 items for under $20?! With some left to spare! (I actually looked around a little more to find something to use up the rest of my money, but couldn't, so I just decided to leave the change)

There were some awesome sales I took advantage of. Clothes Mentor had 50% off their summer items, plus buy one item get the second for a penny! I basically stole that shirt! Turn Style also had 75% off all green-tag items, and I think I found some pretty good things!

So not only did I spend $20 for one outfit, I have 2 for sure! I never did try the printed tops with the skirt, but if they work, I will have 6 outfits, spending less than $17 for all the items! I definitely impressed myself :)

I'd say one of the biggest tricks I learned from this challenge is to shop the end-of-season sales. You can save so much money, plus we still have a couple months left of summer in which I can wear these items. Some I can even wear into the colder-weather months, so definitely more bang for my buck :)

Hello Everyone. It time for my monthly recap on my spending.Which I'm also adding what I got for my birthday in this recap as well.  Thanks again to everyone who sent me a gift or card. Also for all the birthday wish on my social media and here on the blog. 

This month I went a little crazy with shopping. I broke both of my shopping ban this month. Which I ended up going 124 days without buying clothes and  122 days with out buying shoe. I did get a good amount of stuff that I didn't need. Like the nail polishes but they have been on my want to try list. Also the shoe I didn't need. I have been wanting a pair of white shoe for a good amount of time now. So when I saw the white shoe on clearance at New Yorker. I just had to get them. 

My goal for August is to spend under 50 dollar.
