Heidelberg Castle

Hello All,  If you been reading my blog you know I have been keeping a secret. Which now I can tell you all what it is. Since my Parents, In-laws, Grandma and Sibling know. Also since my job know. Which is I'm moving back to Germany. 

Which I'm super excited about. To be given the chance to live back in Germany. I have no idea what direction my blog will go in once I arrive in Germany. Since I will not have a job when I get there. I will be job hunting. Which will be fun and a headache at the same time. The reason we are move back to Germany is due to Hubby job.

I will be post as much as I can before we move. My last day at DSW will be March 19. Which I'm sad to say goodbye to all my wonderful co-workers. Lucky we have e-mail and Facebook to keep in touch.

I want to thank you all for you wonderful support that you have giving me on my blog.

The next couple of weeks are going to be crazy on with packing and saying goodbye. I will try my best to keep up with you blog.

Hello Everyone. Last week L gave me a bag full of shirt. Most of them are tank top. So I will have to wait to get warm out or wore them under a blazer. For today I decide I would wear this colorful top. Since it chilly out I just put a long sleeve sweater under it. Well that it for today. Since I don't have much to say.

March Recipe: Pasta with Seafood Marinara

Ingredients

1/2 cup whole-grain pasta-cooked

3 oz shrimp, boiled

1/2 cups tomato sauce

1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan Cheese

1 Cup Spinach, steamed

Fresh Lemon Juice(to taste)

Directions 

• Cook Pasta by the box
• Boil the shrimp for 5 min or long if you want to
• Then combine the shrimp and pasta
• Mix in the tomato sauce
• Top it off with Parmesan

 

I cook my pasta and shrimp in the same pot. Normal I add spinach in with the shrimp and pasta. Then last time I made this I skipped the spinach and had bread stick instead.  

Hello Everyone. Today I bring you Shrimp pasta. This is a super easy meal to make. You can add whatever you want to it and remove what you don't like from it. 

The very last time I made this I used Ragu new tomato vodka sauce. Which I tought I wasn't going to like the sauce but I did.

Weekend Recap

Hello Everyone, I hope you all had a great weekend. My was a great one spent with the one I love. My Family. Also this weekend was a Priscilla free weekend. Due to she went and stay with one of our friends for the weekend. Who has a chocolate lab. So they had a weekend long play date. Which it is nice and weird at the same time. Hubby and me both miss her. We get her back tomorrow.

On Saturday I went out to dinner with my mom and sister. After dinner we did a little shopping. When we were shopping I brought flower for MIL Peggy. After I spent a few hours with my mom and sister. Then I head to my MIL house. Where I gave her the flower and visit with her. The hospital let her go home. Since it will take up to a week for the result to come back. The Dr's where very shocked that my MIL got her voice back. It normal take people who have surgery a week to get it back. My MIL told the Dr. That she got her voice back so quick because she needs to yell at people.

After I spent a few hours with my MIL it was time to head back home.  I came home and find out hubby brought me the Breaking Dawn Part 2. So we have a movie night. With popcorn and ice cream.

For today we woke up and went out to lunch at chipotle. Then after lunch we went to the movie and saw identity theft. After we came home and watched lorax. So Sunday has been a movie day for us.
