Currently in January


Hello Everyone. Today I'm doing a different kind of post. I'm share some things I have been up to with you all. 

Reading~ The fault in our stars. I started to read this book during the summertime last year but stop mid way thru.  So this month I started to read it again and now on chapter 15.  It such a great book so far.

Doing~ In the middle of train for a half Marathon. Also re-arranging my house. So far we have gotten the old guest bedroom turning in to a closet room. We still have to move are computer in there to make it an office as well. The old office is now turn in to the guest bedroom.

Working on~ Some fun posted and giveaway coming to the blog. 

Watching ~ the 100 it a show on Netflix's

Loving ~Finding awesome sale. I brought my husband 29 new shirt the other day. They were .97 cent a piece. You can't beat the deal. Also loving the fact I find the 360 pearl earring. 

Wearing ~ As I type this post I have an Army sweatshirt on with yoga pants

Planning For ~The house to be completed done in two week. So I can get back to my normal routine

Happy Friday Everyone. Today is another busy day for me. Filled with running errands, working in the house and working out. So I wanted a simple and easy outfit for the day.  So I grabbed my Audrey Hepburn T-Shirt and a pair of jeans.  To keep my arm a little warm I went with this ruffle cardigan. Over all I love how this outfit came together. It the prefect outfit to kick the weekend off in.


I hope you all have a great weekend. It a 3 days weekend over here. That will be spent at home moving furniture around. I know I will be happy to have a closet/office room when it done.  Which I can't wait to show you the finish project.

Hello Everyone. If you readied yesterday post. Then you know I'm in the middle of  redoing my living room. So when Modani team approached me to share my idea for a living space.  I was so on board. I picked a brown leather couch from their selection of modern couches. Since I just brought a brown couch on Monday. To not make the room so dark. I add some color in with the rug and throw pillows.  

Modani offer a variety of fun accessories for you home. Since right now my mirror in my living in blue and silver. It no longer work with my living room with a brown couch. So I choice this fun textile mirror to replace it. Also to add a fun touch to the coffee table I decide to go with the deer head. Since it fit both my husbands and my personality.

 Hello Everyone. Today I thought I would give you a fitness update and share with you whats in my gym bag. Since I haven't done one since September. That' when I told you all I was doing the half Marathon in Paris. Since then I start my training for the half. I was running outside but then it got to cold out. So I moved to the gym in December to run on the treadmill. 

When I started my training for the half I was not eating health and then the holidays came.  Which didn't help me at all. I end up going back to my heaviest weight again. This time around I didn't let it brother me. Like I did last year in May.  So as of the 1st of this month. I decide to put myself back on the slim fast diet/eating right and give up caffeine. We are 13 days in to the new year and I'm caffeine free.  Plus down 3 pounds. My goal for this month is to get down to 140. Which I have 1 more pound to go.  

Which I know I can do. Since the lowest weight I got to last year was 131. As for my running. I have to work myself up to 9 more mile of running. Which I know I can do. 

For my running goal for this year is to run 200 miles. That's 65 miles more then what I did last year. I'm also in a challenge with a group of friends to run 300 miles this year. So we will see if I get it or not. That would be 165 more mile then what I did last year.

I plan on doing this recap month. Like I semi did last year.
