Hello Everyone. Happy Cinco De Mayo. I hope you all have a safe and good one. Today I decided to wear this white shirt that has a white flower on it. Instead of wear the white flower. I switched it out for a pink one. For a pop of color. Also then I can wear my pink shoe. Which these shoe are so comfy and prefect for a night of closing at work.

Hello All. Happy Friday. Today there will be two outfit post. Yesterday and today. Sorry there was no post yesterday. I try to post this before work yesterday and was having computer problems. Which I didn't have time to figure out what was going on. So I said that I would post it after work.


When I got home we had no internet or phone but we had cable. Which was weird to me since they are all one box. Hubby came home and then we lost the cable too. So we call AT&T to see what was going on. When we called at 8pm they said there is an outage and it wasn't going to be back on for 3 hours. So hubby and me just watched a movie. 


In other news. The weather has finally gotten warm here. So I decide it was the perfect time to wear these white dress pants. That my hubby got me last fall during Old Navy Super Cash. I'm not sure how much he actually paid for them but the tag said 14.99. So that what I'm going with.  I paired it with my Sofia by Sofia Vergara sheer zebra top. That I got during the Kmart Blogger Style off. That I did in February.

For today's outfit I decide to wear my new Racer-back dress that I got on Saturday from Old Navy. It was on sale for 15.00. Plus its super cute. I know I will get a lot of use out of it. Also it prefect to wear on this 75 degree day. Yesterday it was 90 out. Which was nice but a little to hot out.

Jagerschnitzel Recipe

Ingredients

• 1 cup bread crumbs
• 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
• salt and pepper to taste
• 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
• 4 pork steaks or cutlets, pounded thin
• 1 egg, beaten
• 1 medium onion, diced
• 1 (8 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
• 1 1/2 cups water
• 1 cube beef bouillon
• 1 tablespoon cornstarch
• 1/2 cup sour cream

Directions

1. In a shallow dish, mix together the bread crumbs and flour. Season with salt and pepper. Place the egg in a separate dish. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Dip pork steaks in egg, then coat with the bread crumb mixture. Fry in the hot oil until browned on both sides and cooked through, about 5 minutes per side.
2. Remove the pork to a platter and keep warm. Add onion and mushrooms to the skillet and cook until lightly browned. Pour in water and dissolve the bouillon cube. Simmer for about 20 minutes. Stir together the cornstarch and sour cream; stir into the skillet. Cook over low heat until thickened but do not boil. Spoon over the pork cutlets and serve immediately.

Hello All. Today is a different kind of post. I want to share with you all this recipe I try out. Hubby and me were craving German food. So hubby find this recipe for Jagerschintzel. So we gave it try. I would have to say it turn out very good. I love trying out new recipe. 

The last recipe I try out was easy lasagna and made is was gross. I will never you it again.
