*Stockpile items for when I run out

Hello Everyone, It the last day of the month. So that mean one thing. Time for my month spending recap. Which I went over my budget by 3 dollars and 58 cents. Which isn't all that bad. I have manger to stick to my New years resolution of not buying clothes and shoe.  I did pick up a cardigan from the recycling center. Which it doesn't count in my new year resolution because it was FREE.

Over all I'm happy with this month purchase. I only got two thing I didn't need this month. The earring and Ispy.  I think getting ispy will help with me not buying so much new makeup. We will see if this stand true in a few month.

The reason my saving is so high is because we saved some mega buck on our new furniture that will be here Tuesday.

I'm linking up with Fran!

My Winter Nail Care

Disclaimer: I was not paid in any to do this. All opinions are 100% Mine

Hello Everyone. I was so happy to get contacted by Julep's Community Outreach Coordinator, who was looking for bloggers to share tips on how they winterize their nails. They included a great tutorial of their own, which includes six steps great tips on how to winterize your nails.

First off I want to tell you all that I haven't painted my nail or did anything to them in a month. As an active nail polish wearer. I think it great to give your nails a break here and there. To help them stay healthy. I'm going to share with you my 7 tips on how I winterize my nails.

The items I use to take care of my nail are the following.
~Nail clippers
~Nail File
~ A mild hand soap. For soaking my nails
~Shea butter hand cream
~Cuticle pusher

Step 1~ Remove your nail polish if you have any on. Then cut your finger nail. I do this once a month. If you don't want to cut your nail then you can move on to step two.

Step 2~ Use the nail file and shape you nails to your liking.

Step 3~ Put warm water in a bowl with you favorite hand soap. The soap I'm using is Bath and Body Work Paris Armour. After soaking you nail dry your hands off.

Step 4~ Use the cuticle pusher and push your cuticle back.

Step 5~ Moisturize you hands with you favorite lotion. The hand lotion I'm using is True Blue Shea Cashmere Hand Cream.

Step 6~ Pick the polish you want to use for your nails.

Step 7~ Use you favorite Base Coat.  My favorite base/top coat is the Sally Hansen it the Ultimate Shield Base and Top Coat. It dry very quick.  After I put one layer on the base coat on. Then I added two coats of Covergirl Outlast Stay Brilliant in 305 Or you can use Julep nail polish in Lacey. Another great blue from Julep is Trina Turk from there fall 2012 in Gunta. After I let the Covergirl polish dry. I used one coat of Spoiled by Wet n Wild in S068 Jewelry Heist on my middle and ring finger.

Since today is the only day I have painted my nails. This is also my monthly nail recap post as well.

WIWW: Pink And More Pink

 Pink Ugg Boots From DSW~44.96

Hello Everyone. Since it Wednesday I decide to bust out my On Wednesday we wear pink shirt again. This time I decide to pair it with an oversized cardigan to stay warm. Since its a rainy day out. Lucky we have only got a little snow on Monday and none yesterday.

Some random thing for this Wednesday.
~ I have been loving the Bumble and Bumble straight blow dry that I got in my December Ipsy. I used it today on my hair and have been using it when I blow dry my hair.  The first time I used it was on January 10.
~I'm also loving my double pearl earring.
~Still hating the new virus scanner.  It block my blog on Monday. My husband had to go in and fix it to let it allow my blog to go thru.  Also we learn if I can't get to your blog the first time I try. I have to wait an hour and try again. Then your blog will pop up.  It sure is frustrating.
~They didn't have the same rug at the store that I got on Saturday. So I return the damage rug and had to get another one.

I promise next week with be back to my normal schedule around here. For today I decide to do my monthly remix post. I have already shown you the black racerback remix in November.

So I decide to show you all the beige one today. I got this cardigan back in 2012. When I did the Kmart blogger style off.  I was kind of shock to see that I have worn my beige cardigan more then my black one. Sadly I had to retire my black cardigan due to it got a hole in it.

For my beige cardigan. I have worn it 9 times on the blog and a few off the blog. Due to washing and drying it so much. I had to start belting the cardigan for it to look right. Over all I'm happy I picked up both of these racerback cardigan in 2012. I sure have gotten my use out of them.

Layer and More Layer

Disclaimer: I was not paid in any to do this. All opinions are 100% Mine

modcloth by amy featuring slouchy boots

Geometric cardigan, $54.99 / Blue green top, $14.99 / Black lace cami, $14.99 / Super skinny jeans, $59.99 / Slouchy boots, $17.99 / Black chain necklace, $12.99 / Black cap, $14.99

Hello Everyone. Today I'm here to show you all another clothing set I put together. With it being winter time and cold out. It that time of year for laying. Which I know I'm all about doing that right now.

Today I'm showing you this awesome cardigan from Modcloth. Along with how I would wear it. This cardigan kind of reminds me of the vest cardigan on wore on Monday post but this one has sleeve which is so much better.

What I like about this in knit to win cardigan  is all the different color in it in. Which it is a prefect cardigan to restyle. If you have been reading my blog for some time now. You know I love to restyle my clothes.

For this outfit. I decide to go with a teal t-shirt under the cardigan. To bring some of the black in the cardigan out. I went with a black cami under the teal t-shirt. For some extra layering and warmth. For pant I went with a pair of skinny jeans. Since I'm a jean girl. To finish off the outfit I add a fun camera necklace and boots. Plus we can't forget one of my go to item in the winter time a beanie
