| Source via Pinterest Hello Everyone. Today I thought it would be fun to share some running inspiration with you all. Since I did a fitness one last Sunday. Also I want to give you all an update on how my running is going. I'm hoping I will be able to run a 5k this Saturday but it still up in the air due to my hubby work schedule and us only having one car. I will keep you all posted if I do it or not. I'm for sure running the red,white and blue color run on June 28. Still trying to figure out what I will run in that day. Due to I don't want my clothes to get wracked. I have drop my running down from 3 days a week to one day a week. Due to insanity is working my legs out good. On May 22 my legs hurt so bad I told myself I would just run 2 miles but in my head I was out to do 5.50 miles. In the end I pushed myself and did what I was out to do and plus some more.
My running goal are to run a 10k. Also in March of 2015 to run the semi de Paris marathon. So I have been working my way up to ran 13.1 miles. Right now I'm not paying attention to my time. I'm paying attention to the distance.
If you can't run right now and you want to. I say take it slow. Go out there and run what you can. Then stop walk and start back running again. That what I had to do a the beginning and look at me now. I'm running 5.25 mile with out having to walk.

Freedom Run 5K

Hello Everyone. Thank you all for your awesome comment on last Tuesday post. I can't tell you how much it meant to me.
On Saturday April 12, 2014 I ran in the Freedom Run 5K. I'm happy to report I beat a lot of records this day. Which is awesome for this being my first 5K.

The 5k end up being a 3.35 mile run. Which I so want to stop running after I hit the 3.10 mile mark. My friend G was by my side and helped me push it thru to the end. I'm so glad she was able to be there for my first 5k. Since she leaving to go back to the states in a week for good.

I finished my 3.10 which is a 5k in 33:09. Which I cut some time off of it from my training. I end the total run at 35:46. My total pace over all was a 10'40.
I also ran my fast mile on Saturday which was a 9:41. My next 5k run is May 31. I hope that I will keep on improving each time.
I also want to give a huge shout out my friend AR for getting a picture of me as I across the finish line. Your the best. Thanks Again.

My Training for my FIRST 5k
Hello Everyone. Today I'm going to share with you all. Some of my 5k training. Which this Saturday April 12, 2014. Will be my first 5k run. Which I'm super excited and can't wait to do it. I have been training hard for it the last couple months. Hubby was running with me but then stopped after the bus accident. Due to he hurt his knee. He is still supporting me 100% and it awesome to have him on my side. Also my friends have been supporting me to. Which it help me to have a big support team. It make me want to run even more.
Back in high school I was on the track team as a long distance runner. Which after high school I stopped running. So this year I have decide to get back in to running. Which its not easy to get in to at first but once you do you will love it.
On January 25, 2014 I went on my first run. Which was horrible. I could even run for 5 minute. It had me feel real bad. So a friend told me about the couch to 5k. Program. After they told me about the program I look in to it. Which I didn't follow the plan completely. I did it for a couple weeks and then started to do my own thing. Which was run until I couldn't no more and walked some. Then run again. My hubby was by my side to make sure I did over do it.
With each week I was able to do more and more. Also my pace got better.
On February 19, 2014 I ran my first quarter mile. The week after my quarter mile. I ran a full mile. Which was on February 23. After that each week I went far and far. Which now I'm up to 2.60 Miles.
Yesterday I ran 2.60 mile and walk the rest to 3 mile. I end at 35:12. Which I'm happy about. I'm hoping that I can run a little faster on Saturday. Over all my goal is just to finish the 5k. Then next month when I do my next 5k. I will have a time goal in mind.

Hello Everyone. Today I'm here to talk about day 3 of my trip. Which was the Semi Marathon de Paris.
This is the whole reason I went to Paris. It was to support my 3 friend who were running the race. I will so be joining them next year for this race. I will be doing my first 5k on April 12th.

Even tho I wasn't running in this race. It was so much fun just being there to watch it. This was the first live marathon I have every watched. After my friends where line up and ready to start. My friend daughter and me. Yelled MAG as my friends ran by. The MAG is the first letter of there names.

As my friends ran the race. My husband and me watched there daughter. Which she was so fun to watch. She all about taking picture. So we did a little bit of that. Then we had lunch. After lunch we meet up with my friends at the finish line. Which I'm super proud of them. I can't wait until I can run 13 miles. Right now I can only run a mile and quarter. Which I was tell my husband I don't think I will be ready for the 5k. Which he told me that I will be able to do it. He will be doing it right along side of me.

After the race. Me and my hubby went exploring. Since it was a Sunday. We just walked around. Due to store aren't open on Sunday in Europe.
On our exploring we find the EMS station. Which they have manikins in side of glasses. So we stop to take a picture of it. After are exploring we went back to the hotel to get our friends. So we could go eat dinner.
We ate at Les Cascades. Since it was right across the street from our hotel. Which my one friend order snails. Which I try one. Man it was super hard to get the meat out of the shell. Plus none of us knew how to work the cracker. My husband decide to record me eating the snails. The video is pretty funny but it will not be going any where. I actually told him to delete it. Which he hasn't. My luck it will land on Facebook or youtube. The snail were pretty tasty.
