Hello Everyone. Most of you know that I started Insanity last month. So that meant it was time to eat more healthier and kick the junk food to the side. So far I have done a whole month of it and almost done with my 5th week. Which the first week went good and so did the second. When on got to third week. I was tired of eating the same old food. So hubby and me made a couple new recipe that are on the diet. Which that made me feel much better. Yes I have cheated and had a couple junk food but for the most part sticking to the healthier food opposition. Also the first time I ate junk food after doing insanity for 3 weeks. I was sick to my stomach.
Today recipe come from the Elite Nutrition book that you get with insanity. With this recipe I switched the seasoned bread crumbs to regular bread crumbs. Since I had 2 container of them in my pantry already. With the green beans we eat french or regular organic kind. I hope you all enjoy this recipes. To see all my monthly recipe. Click on the monthly recipe label on the side.
I HOPE YOU ALL HAVE A GREAT TUESDAY.
