TAKING A BREAK FROM BLOGGING

Hello Everyone. I just want you all to know that this will be my last post for a week or maybe two. Due to tomorrow we are moving in to are house. Which you all know I'm super excited about that. I'm tired of living out of my suitcase and eating out. I will miss having people clean up the room for me but I will enjoy having my own bed back. Along with all my clothes and my shoe.  Plus my scarfs and jewelry. O we can't forget all my headbands. So get ready to see my rocking my headband again.

Tomorrow we will be getting a washer and dryer. Plus a ice box and a temperer bed. Also on box of our stuff. Which is some of Hubby clothes, pots and pans and etc. Then on July 2nd we will be getting are cable and internet put in. Then on July 5th we will be all of are stuff. So I will be having unpacking it all. Once it all unpacked. I will return to my blog and hopefully become a good blogger again. By reading your blogs and posting more. 

Tomorrow google reader is going away. So if you want to still want to get updates on my blog.

Hello Everyone. Its the end of that month again. So that means monthly recap of my spending. Which I can say since I have moved over to Germany 2 month ago. This has been the 1st month I haven't spent 200.00 dollars. Which is a good sign. Also I know for sure next month will be better. Due to I will be in my house. After living 3 month in a hotel and out of my suitcase.

This month I did buy a couple of clothes. Which the tops I didn't need at all. As for the short I needed them to work out in. Last week we were having very high 90's degree weather and working out in pants in that type of weather is no fun. If you been following my blog you know that I have been doing Zumba and Turbo Kick. 

The shoe I didn't need at all. Hubby and me were meeting up with some friends and we were going to a nice restaurant to eat. Which I didn't pack any dress shoe with me. So that where buying the wedges came in to play. 

Then Hallmark on base is going out of business so I had to stock up on my cards. If you know me you know I love to send out Birthday cards and Christmas Card. Also little gift here and there to friends. Also I a huge fan of getting card in the mail. That I even have a whole scrapbook fill of greeting cards that I got during High School.

Hello Everyone. Here are a couple outfit that I wore last week. Monday thu Wednesday it was in the 90's here. On Wednesday my car was reading that is was 98 degrees out. Lucky on Thursday it went back down to being in the high 70's. I will say I'm happy to be able to bring my dress out again. I haven't wore my black maxi dress since July of last year. With my orange maxi dress it been since october that I worn it last.

In 2 days we get are house key. I so can't wait. It will be some nice to be out of the hotel. Since we have been living in one for almost 3 month now. Also will be happy to get all my clothes and shoe back. Plus my comfortable king size bed back.

Hello Everyone. It starting to get nice and warm here in Germany. I'm loving it. So last Thursday I wore this outfit out. To do some running around in. It was cute but still comfortable. 

You might see that my right eye has a mark on it. Well about a week ago. I got bite by a spider and man did it hurt. I'm to say that its starting to go away. That last Thursday I started to wear my concats again.

Hello Everyone. For this monthly remix recap. I decide to show case my black, pink and silver sequin tank top. That I got from CR. Back 2009 I was working at CR(Charlotte Russe) and a lady came in a return this tank top. We didn't care it my store due to it was an outlet item. I was madly in love with the shirt but at the time had no money to buy it. So weeks went by and I had this shirt on my head. One day I asked a co-worker if they had seen the shirt. The girl was like yes I just saw it yesterday. She walked over to the clearance rack and pulled it. So that day I brought it. I have remixed it 8 times on my blog. I have also worn it a lot before my pre-blogger day too.

Hello Everyone, First off I want to say I'm sorry I haven't been coming around to you blogs lately.  I just been spending a lot of time outside. Also making new friend and enjoying my life right now. I can say I haven't been this happy in a long time. I'm hoping once I get in to my house and have everything unpacked. That I will get back in to blogging more and visiting your blogs. I hope you all understand. Also thanks you all for being there and supporting my blog. It truly means a lot to me. 

Last Friday and Saturday we went to downtown Wiesbaden to the Wilhelmstraßenfest. Which we had a great time. Eat and drinking. It reminded me of the Arts,Eats and Beats that would go on every year in Michigan.  Only bad thing that happen was I ended up getting 3 blister on my left foot and 2 on my right foot. I happy to say there starting to heal up now.

Hello Everyone.Thank you all for you sweet comment on my last post. Sorry I haven't been around to you blog lately. I promise one of these day I will get fully back in to the swing of things.  Last Wednesday I went and got my hair trimmed. Man it feel 100% better now.  On Wednesday it was nice out. So I decide to wear my white semi-sheer top. Since it been 11 month since I wore it last. I pair it with my favorite jeans and wore my taupe and coral sandals.

Hello Everyone, I wore this outfit last monday to hang out with a girlfriend and her 5 year old son. I want to be comfortable but still cute. Since the weather was actually nice on this day. I decide to rolled up my bootcut jeans to make them cropped one. As for my shirt Hubby brought this shirt for me back in August 2012 at VS. I thought I had worn it on my blog before but when I look back to find out. It turn out that I didn't. 

Later on this day. I got a phone call from my dad. He wanted me to know that my step grandma M. Had a heart attacked and die. Of course after he told me that I was a wreck. Also it suck that I'm so far away from my family. That I can't be with them. I have talk to them a lot over the phone tho. I just wish plane ticket didn't cost so much. That way I could go back to Michigan and be this them. Lucky I have a loving family that understand that I can't be with them in this time of need.

Yummy Lasagna

Ingredients

8 ounces lasagna noodles

1 pound lean ground beef

2/3 (28 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce

2 pounds ricotta cheese

1/2 cup grated Romano cheese

1 egg

1/4 cup dried basil

1 clove garlic, pressed

1 (8 ounce) package sliced pepperoni sausage

8 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded

Directions

1.Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

2.Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.

3.In large skillet over medium-high heat, cook beef until brown; drain. In small saucepan, heat spaghetti sauce.

4.In a medium bowl, stir together ricotta, Romano, egg, basil and garlic.

5.Coat the bottom of a 9 x 13 baking dish with a thin layer of spaghetti sauce. Place 3 or 4 noodles, overlapping edges, over sauce. Spread half of ricotta mixture over noodles. Cover ricotta with half of browned beef, half of pepperoni slices, and 1/4 of mozzarella cheese. Repeat sauce, noodle, ricotta, meat and cheese layers. Layer sauce and noodles again, and pour remaining sauce over all, being sure to cover the edges. Top with remaining mozzarella.

6.Cover pan with foil and pierce foil 3 or 4 times with fork to ventilate. Bake 45 minutes, remove foil, and bake 15 minutes more to brown the top. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.

Hello Everyone, This month recipe is an oldie but a good one. I started using this recipe back when I lived in Florida.  Everyone time I make I burn it a little.

I can't wait until we get our house key in 20 days. That way I will have a kitchen I can cook in again.

Die Kartoffel in Ladenburg

Hello Everyone. On Saturday May 25th, 2013. We went to a resturant called Die Kartoffe. Which means the potato. For Hubby and me this wasn't are first time eating here. When we first lived in Germany back in 2005-2008 we at here once a month. It was only a 15 to 20 minute drive from Heidelberg. Which is where we live back then. Now we have an hour drive to get to Ladenburg from Wiesbaden. 

We took our friends here for dinner on Saturday and they loved it. They had so much fun cooking there steak on a hot rock. Also they loved the potato.  Its a fun little place to eat and have fun.

If you ever come to Germany I would recommend you to check out Die Kartoffel.
