Happy Tuesday Everyone. It suppose to be in the 60's today. Which is super crazy to me because normal this time of year it freezing out.  So since it going to be nice out. I decide to wear this purple cover up since its been 7 month. Since I wore it last. I put this black ruffle/sequin tank under it to dress it up. Also I haven't worn this tank in 6 month. I love how this outfit turn out. Plus its still festive for the holiday season. 

 

Today Christmas Item is my 1st Christmas card. Which I got this card for Heather and Kayla of H&K Style Journey

December Recipe: Pumpkin Roll

   Hello Everyone. Its a new month so there for it is time for a monthly  recipes. Which this month I decide to share with you all my pumpkin roll recipe. That I used to make my pumpkin rolls for Thanksgiving. Also sorry that this post looks funny. I can't figure out how to fix it.

  
  

  Also I almost have my Chistmas shopping done. I'm so happy about that. Also I got my Stockingstuffswap gift in the mail today. Which you all will see what I on Friday. 

                                              Ingredients

  3 eggs,beaten

  1 cup white sugar

  1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  2/3 cup pumpkin puree

  3/4 cup all-purpose flour

  1 teaspoon baking soda

  2 tablespoons butter,softened

  8 ounces cream cheese

  1 cup confectioners' sugar

  1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

   confectioners' sugar for dusting

  
  

  Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Butter or grease one 10x15 inch jelly roll pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, blend together the eggs, sugar, cinnamon, and pumpkin. In a separate bowl, mix together flour and baking soda. Add to pumpkin mixture and blend until smooth. Evenly spread the mixture over the prepared jelly roll pan.
  3. Bake 15 to 25 minutes in the preheated oven. Remove from oven and allow to cool enough to handle.
  4. Remove cake from pan and place on tea towel (cotton, not terry cloth). Roll up the cake by rolling a towel inside cake and place seam side down to cool.
  5. Prepare the frosting by blending together the butter, cream cheese, confectioners sugar, and vanilla.
  6. When cake is completely cooled, unroll and spread with cream cheese filling. Roll up again without towel. Wrap with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve. Sprinkle top with confectioners sugar and slice into 8-10 servings.

Happy Sunday Everyone. I hope you had a good one. My was good. I worked and then went to the   groceries store. Where I pick up stuff to make pretzel delights for my work cookie exchange which is in 2 weeks.  Which I so can't wait. Its going to be a fun work day. Cookie exchange, Gift Exchange and holiday sweater day.

I will try my best to make it around to you blog this week. This week is going to be a busy work with me. I going Christmas with my mom tomorrow and then Christmas shopping with a co-worker.

Happy December 1st Everyone. Today I was going to wear my snowflake ornament shirt but the only problem in it has Old Navy write on the front of it. Which we aren't supposed to wear shirt that have other logo or name on them. So after I put the snowflake shirt on. I remember that I had this Holiday Cheer shirt. Which I haven't worn since last year. Also I have never wore it to work. So I decide I would give it a go today.

Also a little tip. If you have dirty tennis shoe. Use rubbing alcoholic on them and they dirt will come off. I just did it on these shoe today. Worked like magic. Now I need to get new white shoe lace for them and they will be like new.

   So now it is December 1st. Each day until Christmas you will see a Christmas item of the day picture that I have took.

Today item is Miss Priscilla. As I was decorating she decide to take a nap on the bubble wrap. Next to a Christmas Bag filled with decorations.
