Hello Everyone. Its a super cold and rainy day here in Michigan. When I took Priscilla out this morning. She looked at me and turned around. She was saying your crazy if you think I'm going to pee out here. I have no idea how she is going to deal with snow. Which we will be getting snow tonight. So not looking for to that. For my outfit I decide to wear my new green sweater. Which is warm and it has pockets. Which you can never go wrong with pockets. I will say I feel like Madeline in this sweater. Hello All. I hope you all survived Black Friday. I did. Work wasn't to bad yesterday. I'm just glad I don't work at Walmart. That's where a lot of shooting and pepper spray acting come out. 

Yesterday outfit was super easy for me to pick out due to the mangers wanted us to wear red in black. So I thought what a prefect time to pull out my red snowflake shirt. 

On other news I had to call off of work today. First time in 3 years. I woke up and felt fine. I started to wash the dishes and my left side had shooting pains in it. Then it was down hills from there. Lets say the bathroom became my best friend. I have such the sweetest Hubby not only was he taking care for me. He went and brought 3 differences kind of Chicken noodle soup for me to eat. Also 7 cans of it and some sprite.

Happy Wednesday Everyone. I hope you all are ready for Thanksgiving tomorrow. I have my 5 n 1 salad done. So that is one less thing to make for tomorrow Turkey dinner.  So at work we had one of the Fox 2 news guys shopping in my store. It was Lee Thomas. I thought it was so cool that he was shopping at my store. That so made my day yesterday. Another thing that made my day was I got my Zoe Company Prize From Claire-Spinning Thread Giveaway.

Hello Everyone. I hope you all are having a good Tuesday. Today I decide to wear my new sweater. Which  I didn't try it on in the store but it fits me very well.  

Have you guy written out your Christmas card out yet ? I wrote all 40 of mine out yesterday. They will be hitting the mail box tomorrow. I do this every year. So my card will be the first card people receive.  My cousin tell me she know it Christmas time when she gets my card.

My Thanksgiving Menu

Hello All. No Fashion or Shopping post today. Today I'm going to talk about food. This is going to be my first Thanksgiving Home(Michigan) in 5yrs. The last 3 were spent in Florida and the other 2 in Germany. Not only is this going to be my first Thanksgiving home. It going to be my very first one I will be cooking. I have never cooked a turkey in my life. 

Lucky I have such a loving dad. That said he will help me cook it. My oma said the first time she cook one. She left the inner in the turkey. I know for a fact I won't be doing that. So on to my menu.

1. Turkey

2. Yams with marshmallows

3. Stuffing~ I will not be eating this because I don't like it

4. Rolls

5. Deviled Eggs

6. Cranberries Sauce~ Another thing I will not be eating

7. 5 in 1 salad~ Super easy to make. Take sour cream, Half bag of coconuts, baby marshmallows, walnuts and pineapples. Mix it all together and put in Ice Box

8. Green beans

9. Pumpkin Pie

10. Mashed Potatoes with Gravy

So that's what I will be making on Thanksgiving for dinner. This is going to be fun. 

Also there will not be an Awkward and Awesome post this week due to Thanksgiving.

Old Navy 75% off Sweater Haul

Hello all. I wasn't planing on going to Old Navy today. It just happen. Hubby and Me were in the car going to Denny's for breakfast. When I read a tweet from Old Navy saying 75% off Adult sweaters from 12-5. So we decide to go. Since we both don't have that many sweaters because we didn't need them in Florida but we sure do need them now that we live in Michigan. So I got 5 sweater and hubby got 6. We should be good. I still want more sweaters. They are on my Christmas list. After I got home from Old Navy I was looking in my new issue of seventeen magazine and the white and grey sweater in featured in there.  

Now to break down how much I spent.

1. Green Sweater with brown Buttons Normal 44.94 after 75% off=11.23

2. Seventeen Feature Sweater Normal 39.94 after 75% off=9.98

3. Pink Sweater Normal-32.94 after 75%=8.23

4. Grey and pink Sweater Normal 34.94 after 75%=8.73

5. Purple Sweater Normal 36.94 after 75%= 9.23

Total= 47.40

Saving=142.80

So overall it was a good shopping day.

Hello Everyone. Happy Veterans Day. Today is dear to my heart since my Hubby has service 4 years active and is doing 4 non active. So please say your thank today for these men and woman.  

For today outfit it just a comfy outfit to run around in. This morning Hubby and Me went to Denny's for breakfast. Which hubby got his for free. Then we went to the movie. Then we did some Christmas shopping. We got 5 people done. We do our shopping early due to we don't like to shop when it crowded. Tonight we are going to a high school football game. 

Texas Roadhouse was giving free lunch to the vets, Hubby, BIL and Me at Basic Training, Hubby in Iraq and I love my soldier tee.
